Good Thing - I just saw Rene. They are filming BJ2 - Beyond the edge of reason in Borough Market. She is so twee! She wore a tweed coat. I have a tweed coat too. But I prefer Eliza to Darcy.

Bad Thing - Whilst out on *Bonafide Film Star* spotting trip made detour with colleage to MacDonalds. Thus lots of calories, and lots of guilty hypocracy.

Guilt: Overload.
