I have two hours until (New)BossLady is back... She wants to have lots of things to read... There's a word for this. Spike uses it a lot.
Saw Good People last night, and Once more with feeling...
Right, now to see just how efficient* I am.

*efficient:
1 - how much actual work can I do in two hours.
2 - how much work can I make look done in two hours.

Joking aside (hahaha) it has been difficult to get as much done as quickly as I would have usually for 1 - this is a NewJob in a new organisation and 2 - (New)BossLady has been away, as have many other members of staff I would otherwise have been able to talk to. I have been deserted. Yes. And I have procrastinated and struggled to get some things that will in a month be very straight forward.
ION Oxfam are recruiting again.

But I've got 90 minutes to do three weeks work (well, I;ve done about a weeks worth, and I was off/on holiday for a week, so its really about four days worth)... pah!

I have a note book.

I also have piles of paper which I can shuffle through whilst looking busy/important/annoyed at being asked something else.

Oh, and an Executive Dice (work late, have a meeting, send an e-mail, resign, make a phoen call, **** the secretary).

It keeps coming up resign.
