Spreadsheets Evolution

Today the new contact relationship management database is going live.
People are of course losing data, and their tempers.
There is to be free ice-cream at lunchtime.
I do hope there is a food-fight.

There has already been two arguements, and an impromtu emergency meeting is underway...

Oh yes. All the data from the conversion is safely tucked away. No one can access it anymore becauase we have a shiny new database. Not everyone can access that because to do so they need to pass what is basically a competency exam to qualify for a password. Not everyone is competent yet.
